Born and raised in Saratoga where I reside with my husband and raised our three children. Vice President of Bonacio Construction and Broker/Owner of Julie & Co. Realty.

 

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Married for 29 years to my bestfriend and partner in life & business. We have 3 great kids Gianna, Will, Luca, and a 5 year old German Shepard Mya.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I have been selling all my life right out of college at the age of 20. I love making peoples dreams come true in finding or building the perfect home.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
We live in Saratoga, there are soooo many fabulous restaurants you cannot go wrong.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
All of my life.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
There are too many too list… Sheila’s father comes to mind as one. Sonny and I would be walking downtown and always see him after serving breakfast at his Hotel and have the best conversations with him.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
St.Barts. We have had many family vacations and great memories there. Ready to go back!

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
I am a sucker for House Wives of Beverly Hills. Miracle- was at the 1980 Olympics, Tommy Boy, and Yellowstone.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Be kind, work hard, and laugh a lot.

Bora Bora

Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
Rolling Stones

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Compton’s is one for sure. Have been going there for years, it’s a staple

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Mick Jagger! We would start with a bite on the porch of The Adelphi and then do a pub crawl down Caroline Street.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Our downtown. Shops, restaurants, and park.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In 5 years I will be doing what I do now, it’s what I love! 10 years the same but from a place for part of the year with palm trees

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I love to ride Harleys and snowmobiles

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Italy. We did a family vacation with the kids to Venice, Florence, and Rome.

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
My favorite month is September, I love the fall time. X-Mas for the holiday. X-Mas day best day!

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
A good summer concert at SPAC

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My mother and father, they are the best!

Q: What is one or two of your favorite smells?
My husband and daughters cooking

Love, family, cooking & drinking wine.
