I am a human, consultant, vegetarian, sometimes fun, often compassionate. I am truly a Virgo – analytical, critical, helpful, conscientious and a clean freak! I have two lovers: the little town of Saratoga Springs, NY and Venice, CA. Tropical islands are my soulmate.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I do helping. I listen. I listen some more then I analyze – apply my knowledge, skill and varied experience to co-create go forward plans. I most enjoy co-creating win-win solutions.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Pope’s Pizza, Solevo Kitchen and Social, and Mrs. London’s.

I was born and raised in Saratoga. After high school, I left for university, then lived abroad for a spell. I’ve been back twenty years since all of that.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Colonel Richard M. Saburro, Commanding Officer of the 109 Airlift Wing, New York Air National Guard. He is a creator, innovator, long time vegetarian, gentleman, nature lover, entrepreneur, father, grand-father, friend. He was the first Guard commander for Operation Deep Freeze with a peak in the Britannia Range named after him to boot!
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Borneo. The third largest island in the world. Home to our red haired relatives the Orangutans who I can’t wait to meet, and a pristine big wall dive site at Layang-Layang that is a pelagic paradise!

Map of the Human Heart is an epic story of human adventure, it is a great reminder of how much a person may journey in a single human lifetime.

Access the Akashic records.

• Pope’s Pizza. A slice is nice and while the location of Pope’s Pizza has changed throughout the years the feeling and the deliciousness of the sustenance the family offers hasn’t.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Dr. Pat Allen Ph.D., Pyschotherapist, Transactional Analyst and pioneer of Androgynous Semantic Realignment – a cognitive behavioral modification technique, author of my favorite book, Conversational Rape. She teaches effective communication using Negotiation instead of Intimidation or Seduction. This allows individuals to communicate lovingly; to express their wants, not wants, and needs with integrity and honesty. To break bread with her would be deeply enriching, she has so many fantastic insightful stories. We would have a picnic in Congress Park near the Spirit of Life Fountain.

Ahnd Atoll, Pohnpei FSM. There are shades of blue that are unfathomable there, they look artificial, yet they are real. Porcupine rays, grey reef sharks, barracuda, and giant clams abound. It was recognized in 2008 as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
