I am now 77 years old, it wasn’t always that way, you know. I was born on Prince Edward Island in 1946 and was moved to the U.S. in 1948. The rest is now history.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am the youngest of six, five boys and a sister, the two oldest , brother and sister passed away last year
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
In the past, I was involved with The Tin & Lint, and Professor Moriarty’s. Currently, I work on a horse farm in Stillwater, and also teach people to fly airplanes. As they say “do what you love and you will never work a day”
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
The Local, is one, another the Cantina, the best bar is still the Tin & Lint!
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I came to Saratoga Springs Sept. 1, 1970
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Ray Clauser, my cribbage opponent
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Prince Edward Island, it has been 15 years and I miss the feel of it.
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Shane is the greatest movie all time. I love The Lone Ranger tv shows. I met him once.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Run your own race, fly your own airplane.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
To ride my horse around the Saratoga Race Course.
Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
The Beatles, you remember them, right?
